Abbey Meeks

Vice President, People Operations

Abbey Meeks brings more than 30 years of human resources leadership to Mama’s Creations, where she has reimagined the traditional HR function into People Operations — a strategic, people-first approach that emphasizes culture, engagement, and growth.  With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hofstra University, Abbey has built a career as a true HR generalist, with expertise spanning various HR disciplines across multiple industries.  Prior to joining Mama’s full-time, Abbey owned and operated a successful HR consulting firm, providing fractional HR services to businesses across Long Island and NYC. It was through this work that she began supporting T&L Creative Salads nearly a decade ago, building a strong partnership that eventually led her to become an integral part of Mama’s Creations’ leadership team.  Today, Abbey leads People Operations with a focus on aligning talent strategies with business growth, cultivating a workplace rooted in Mama’s core values and ensuring that people remain the company’s most important ingredient.
